Travel Blog Pre-game
I said when I started here that I wasn’t a blogger. If my month-long absence says anything, it’s telling me that I’m still not. Luckily, I’ve found just the proper excuse to start posting semi-regularly again.
As of tomorrow, I leave for a three-week eastern Canadian adventure, which includes tours of Montreal, Halifax, Cape Breton, PEI, and culminates in Ottawa for Canada Day. While I’ve never been too keen on the concept of travel blogs, I imagine that may be at least partially because I’ve never been a big traveller.
However, if you so choose to follow my adventures and exploits in the nation’s pre-Confederation world, I’ll be posting photos, videos, and thoughts as I’m able to. I’ve created a custom Google Map that will track my destinations – right now, it’s just got my accomodations and some places I hope to visit tagged, but as I update, I’ll be discovering the true meaning of the thrill that is geotagging.
