In promotion of their upcoming miniseries based on the 1960s classic The Prisoner, AMC has the entirety of the original series up for viewing on their website. The best part? You can even watch it in Canada, without having to jump over any fences or firewalls.

Give it a watch. It’s like Lost, but with only one character to keep track of and no flashbacks, and only one major unsolved mystery to keep track of.

I’m really excited for the new miniseries to drop. Inexplicably so. I’ve been an ardent opponent of the modern remake for quite some time, but from what I’ve seen in teaser footage, it looks like they might just pull this one off.

And who can go wrong with Sir Ian McKellen?
