Ironclad Folly turns 1
February 22, 2010

A year ago today, Ironclad Folly was born.
Lamenting the death of the high school newspaper in response to a less-than-successful journalism conference the Gateway had thrown aimed at high school students, I vowed that I’d stop dragging my feet and finally get involved in this “Internet” thing that seems to make all the cool kids so hip. Despite insisting that it was merely another passing fancy and wouldn’t last, I’ve somehow managed to keep the care and attention to post semi-regular, mostly inane updates for the past year for my tens of readers.
Thanks for all the fish, friends. I’ll gladly accept paper or clocks.
