Vote Kelsey for Miss dEdmonton 2010!

If you’re not a huge Halloween nut like me, you may not have heard of a little thing called dEdmonton. This group of like-minded haunters is Edmonton’s biggest collective of all things Halloween. And once again, they’re hosting their very own beauty and talent contest, the aptly titled Miss dEdmonton.

Last year, I was given the honor of sitting on the panel of local media judges and had a hell of a time. I’m not involved this year, but Kelsey, my better half, is one of the three contestants competing for the 2010 crown.

Voting opened yesterday, and runs until the wee hours of All Hallow’s Eve, closing on November 1. From now until then, these three ladies will be participating in a number of Halloween-related events in and around the city to prove that they’ve got what it takes to represent Edmonton’s legions of Halloween fanatics.
