Thing-a-Week 25: Bigger and better

I think I’m getting the hang of this painting thing. So much so that I’ve moved up to a canvas bigger than the size of a credit card for my next piece. This one’s not done yet, but I’m already past deadline, and I promised in the intro post that works-in-progress were fair game. Hopefully by the end of the week, I’ll have the finished work ready for display. UPDATE: I spent a bit more time on it tonight, so why wait until tomorrow to show off the (nearly) finished work?
Don’t forget, I’ll be showing this and other fine wares at the Whyte Avenue Art Walk from July 15–17. Look for me in front of American Apparel, between 107 and 108 St.
Caitlin beat me to it yet again, and continues to kick ass with a wicked rooster painting this week. Keep it up, art-buddy!
